Burgers

Ingredients:

500g mince

1 medium onion, finely diced

2 medium carrots, grated

2 eggs

½ cup breadcrumbs, wholemeal

2 Tbsp reduced-salt/sugar tomato sauce

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients together.
  2. Divide the mixture into burger patties and grill until golden brown
  3. Serve them in a wholegrain burger bun with lettuce, tomato, grated carrot, sliced red onion, avocado and boiled or canned beetroot
  4. Serve with coleslaw
